DELIVERY

As your order is processed a drop-down option box will appear in checkout allowing you to choose your delivery option, for UK our Standard Delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For (1-4 *working days delivery) or 1st Class Signed For (aim next day *working days) depending on the total weight of your order. We always try to process your order as quickly as possible, most are dispatched within 48 hours, items made by ourselves (dog tuggy leads, toys and blankets) can take up to 4 days during busy periods, but please allow up to 7-10 *working days for your order to arrive, (this maybe longer during busy or show periods.) An email will be sent confirming the dispatch of your order. If there is a problem fulfilling your order we will contact you within 4 *working days. Remember orders can always be collected from our trade stand, please contact us before placing your order.

All our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.  Agility World is not liable for orders that are signed for and then lost, with regards to orders left in a nominated 'safe place' this is done so at your own risk, if you choose this option, we are not responsible if an item is damaged or lost.

We recommend that when placing your order, you ensure it is delivered to an address where it can be signed for by you the recipient or your nominated person. 

Agility World will also not accept liability for orders delivered to the wrong address where the address has been input incorrectly by the customer.

Ordering an out of stock item

If you place an order containing an item that states a longer delivery period you are agreeing to purchase an out of stock item, if you do not wish to wait for the stated delivery time, then please remove this item from your basket.
