Our website will calculate shipping to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Austraila and New Zealand, we can deliver worldwide. Please contact us for a quote if your country is not listed. As your order is processed a drop-down option box will appear in checkout allowing you to choose your delivery option, for UK our standard Delivery is 1st Class Royal Mail (1-3 *working days delivery) and for all other countries we use International Tracked or Signed For (7-10 *working days delivery.) We always try to process your order as quickly as possible, most are dispatched the same or next day, but please allow up to 7 *working days for your order to arrive, (this maybe longer during busy periods.) An email will be sent confirming the dispatch of your order. If there is a problem fulfilling your order we will contact you within 3 *working days. Remember orders can always be collected from our trade stand, please contact us before placing your order.
Ordering an out of stock item
If you place an order containing an item that states a longer delivery period you are agreeing to purchase an out of stock item, if you do not wish to wait for the stated delivery time, then please remove this item from your basket.

“Agility World Money Back Guarantee ” Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and you have a legal right to return any goods ordered within seven days of receipt for replacement or a full refund provided the goods are in a re-saleable condition. Please email us for our returns address, stating why you would like to return the item. With regards to dog and human clothing we cannot exchange items that are soiled, smell, are hairy or have been washed. In respect to all footwear if you try on and walk outside, therefore damaging the shoe, it is not in a re-saleable condition and we cannot make a refund. Any returned item must be in its original packaging. We can not replace tuggy leads that your dog has chewed, although our leads are strong, they will not withstanding chewing!! The customer will be liable for cost of returning the item to us, and we would recommend any return items be sent via a traceable form of delivery i.e. proof of posting with Royal Mail. If items have been damaged by the customer they will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be given. Postage and Packaging costs are not refunded. If you require an item to be exchanged our standard shipping rates will apply to re-deliver the item to you.
